Enrollment Requirements

  • All Apex Academy courses are taught in English which means that students need to have a proficiency in spoken and written English (e.g IELTS level 6)

  • International students are those who are neither a Canadian citizen nor a permenant resident.

  • If a student has completed course subject matter in their own country that is included in the Ontario curriculum, our principle may grant a Prior learning Assessment recognition (PLAR) credit that would go towards the student's OSSD graduation.

  • A number or OSSD courses have prerequisites, which means that before a student can enroll, they must demonstrate they have successfully completed the prerequisite course material.

  • Apex Academy admissions team will review the application to ensure any prerequisites are met or whether a PLAR can be granted. if a student is unsure, Apex Academy admissions team would be happy to answer any questions they may have.
